Gus Picks is operated by you live once llc ("Gus Picks", "we", "us"). These terms form an agreement between you and you live once llc. By creating an account, buying tokens, or otherwise continuing to use the site, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you are agreeing as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.
Gus Picks is a curated recommendation service. You answer a short questionnaire, and we return picks drawn from a hand-vetted bank, with a written verdict. Recommendations are editorial opinion offered for general information. They are not financial, medical, legal, or other professional advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. Where a pick includes a score, rating, or review count, that figure comes from a public source and is shown for context only.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything done under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it current. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
You must not:
you live once llc owns the service and everything in it, including the pick bank, the written verdicts, the software, and the branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and to read the reports you buy for your own personal or internal business use. Nothing here transfers ownership. Anything you submit — questionnaire answers, notes — stays yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it so we can deliver and improve the service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Billing, currency, tax, invoicing, renewals, and cancellation mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. In summary: token packs and one-off pulls are one-time purchases; the Gus Member plan is an annual subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. Membership tokens are issued monthly across the paid year. If you cancel, your membership and the monthly token drip continue until the end of the period you have already paid for. Tokens already in your balance are not revoked. Prices may change, but a change never affects a purchase you have already made.
We work to keep Gus Picks available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate the acceptable use rules above. Where it is reasonable to do so we will warn you first. If we terminate your account without cause, you may ask us for a refund of unused tokens through Paddle. On termination your right to use the service ends; you may request an export of your own data within 30 days.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or your breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
