Our payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or email us at hello@guspicks.com and we will start the refund for you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days once approved.
When a purchase is refunded, the tokens it granted are removed from your balance. If you have already spent some of them, tell us — we will still work with you, and we would rather refund an unhappy reader than keep the money.
The Gus Member plan renews annually. You can cancel at any time through Paddle, and you keep access and your monthly token drip until the end of the period you have already paid for. A renewal charge is covered by the same 30-day guarantee as any other purchase.
Paddle's own refund policy also applies to every order, and your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page.
